Express Mail International is the fastest way to ship your package. It arrives in about 5 business days (it might spend additional time in customs). It is insured for the value declared on the customs form and can be replaced if lost. Express Mail International includes free tracking information.
First-Class Mail arrives in about 10 business days (it might spend additional time in customs). It is not insured and can not be replaced if lost. There is no tracking information available for First-Class Mail.

How can I tell how heavy my package will be?
A typical 2 tier bento box weighs about 0.5 lb. A typical bento accessory weighs about 0.04 lbs. A padded envelope weighs about 0.08 lbs. and a small box weighs about 0.4 lbs. Padded material inside the package and packing tape will add a little extra weight.
When will my package by shipped?
I ship all international packages on Monday at about 1 PM and Thursday at about 10 AM. Your package will be shipped on those dates as long as your payment has cleared. You will receive a message through eBay letting you know once your package has been shipped.
Can I have tracking information for my package?
Yes if you have ordered by Express International Mail just email me after your package has shipped and I will send you the tracking information. If you have ordered First class mail no tracking information is available.
What is the cost for insurance?
Express Mail International includes free insurance. Your Express Mail International package will be insured for the amount declared on the customs form. First class mail can not be insured and can not be replaced if lost.
